NO REFUNDS ARE PERMITTED FOR ANY ENTRY AFTER ENTRY CLOSING.(Exception: Bitches that come into season before the show date -- see #5)
NO REFUNDS ON LIMITED ENTRY SHOWS (PER CKC RULES).
1. Any service fee, either charged by DogShow.ca or the club itself is non-refundable after you submit your entry.
2. There are no refunds on duplicate entries or overpayments, nor their associated service fees.
3. Declined or disputed credit card payments will be assessed a $50 service charge, as per Chapter 8.8, Canadian Kennel Club Dog Show Rules: "Tendering of a dishonored cheque or declined credit card in payment of an entry fee shall be considered non-payment of said fee and is an offense punishable by disciplinary action and cancellation of awards."
4. An exhibitor has the right to withdraw an entry at any time up to the entry closing date and time as published in the premium list. This must be done via email to the event secretary, no later than closing date and time. If notification is not received, the dog will remain entered in the show and the entry fee and any associated service fee or other fee will become non-refundable.
5. Entry fees will be refunded when a bitch entered in a Obedience, Rally Obedience, Agility or Lure Coursing trial comes into season after the close of entries if a Veterinarian’s Certificate (certifying that the bitch was in season within the 10 day period preceding the trial) is delivered to the event secretary before the starting date and the time of the trial. Entry, recording and listing fees will be refunded if the above conditions are met, however service fees will not be refunded.
6. If because of riot, civil disturbance or other acts beyond the control of either DogShow.ca or the club, it is impossible to open or to complete the show, no refund of entry fees or service fees will be made.
