WILDWOOD KC OCTOBER 2020 September 23, 2020

The Wildwood KC October 2020, All Breed Shows are a CKC Sanctioned Event and as such will be a Monitored Outdoor Event. The emphasis will be placed on good sportsmanship and will take place at Queens Park within the confines of the Tavistock Recreation Center, Tavistock Ontario.
The club graciously thanks you for participating at our SAFE EVENT and ensure you that the WILDWOOD KC will not be intimidated into cancelling this event.
VENUE
The VENUE will consist of 2 SAFETY PERIMETERS and SAFETY MONITORS on STAFF. MASKS WILL BE WORN AT ALL TIMES (outdoors) and (in the Pavilion / washrooms) regardless if you are in your bubble or not. (Exception eating in your bubble) no chit chatting without MASKS.
PERIMETERS
PERIMETER # 1 will consist of the Queens Park but not the arena or the parking lot designated for the arena. Queens Park consists of the Ball Diamond, Pavilion, and the Camping Area. All personnel outside or inside these areas will wear a mask at all times. Upon entry a waiver will be presented to the Safety Monitors at the gate. Exhibitors will then receive a wristband that must be worn at all times. THERE WILL BE NO PUBLIC ALLOWED IN PERIMETER #1
PERIMETER #2 will consist of the SHOW PRECINCTS (Ball Diamond) whereby there is one ENTRANCE and one EXIT. ONE PERSON PER DOG will be permitted. { exception Show Personnel and Staff). Entrance permitted 15 minutes before scheduled ring time and exit 10 minutes following ring time.

REFUND POLICY
The Wildwood KC has instituted the following policy.
8:00 PM EST September 24th 2020 to 8:00 AM EST October 7th2020
Refunds for Show/Event Cancellation shall be no less than 60% and no more than 75% of entry paid.
The remainder will be retained by the club to cover costs.
After 8:00 AM EST October 7th, 2020 there will be no refunds.
