Covid-19 Safety Protocol for Elgin County 2020 Shows
If you cannot comply with these rules Do Not Enter or Attend!

THERE WILL BE A ZERO TOLLERANCE POLICY ON COVID-19 VIOLATIONS, INCLUDING NOT WEARING A MASK OR NOT SOCIAL DISTANCING WHEN IT IS POSSIBLE.

Waiver must be signed, by Club Members, Judges, Ring Stewards, Exhibitors, Owners, Handlers, Breeders, Assistants, Volunteers, Vendors, Family Members, Friends etc.

Contact tracing information must be provided for all who attend (name & phone number)

Masks Must be worn correctly over mouth & nose this is (Mandatory) by Exhibitors, Judges, Stewards in the rings during judging.

Each ring will have an Entrance, an Exit and Social Distancing Markers. Exhibitors will pick up their placement ribbons as they exit the ring, NO RECYCLING of ribbons.

Exhibitors are encouraged to Return to their set up after they have exhibited their dog.

Masks Must be Worn correctly over mouth & nose this is (Mandatory) under the tents/pavilion in Vendor area, in Washrooms, in any other location where 2 meters - 6ft cannot be maintained.

Social Distancing 2 meters-6ft this is (Mandatory) in the rings, under the tents, adjacent ring areas, at the Show
Secretary Table/Set-up, at the Photographers booth.
