Overnight camping is allowed at the show site and must be prepaid along with entry fees but reserved by contacting Pam Calver [email protected] (613) 386-7276. $75.00 flat rate for the weekend. Earliest arrival 3PM Thursday; must vacate the Odessa Fairgrounds by noon Monday June 18th. No sewer hookup. Exhibitors are asked to come with full water tanks. 15 Amp electrical service is available to a limited number of spaces and must not be overloaded due to fire hazard
